Cooking Courses in the trees....!
Not exactly in the trees but, in a little corner of the Alps called "Les Écotagnes".
During May and June 2010, Aravis Chef Services will be running a select number of cookery classes in assocation with Patrice Genand, the owner of "Les Écotagnes".
This will be unlike any cookery course you will have undertaken in your life: you will be picked up and whisked off in 4x4 style to your accommodation - Tree Houses!! For those wishing to have their feet firmly on the ground, there is also a chalet available. You will spend a wonderful evening receiving detailed tuition on how to prepare and serve a wonderful dinner; guided tours of the surrounding area; Swedish Baths and more (click here to see the full itinerary).
